At The Anime’D Shop, we believe anime is more than entertainment. It is identity. It is imagination. It is culture. And everyone deserves to see themselves reflected in it.
We are a Black woman owned brand built on the love of anime and the power of representation. Our mission is to re-imagine the worlds we grew up loving by creating bold, beautiful Black and Brown characters that feel just as iconic as the originals that inspired us.
Anime shaped so many of our childhoods. The heroes, the villains, the dreamers, the fighters. But too often, people who look like us were missing from those stories. The Anime’D Shop was created to change that.
Every design we release is intentional. We fuse anime aesthetics with cultural pride, modern street-wear, and creative storytelling to produce apparel that speaks to fans who have always loved anime and are ready to finally see themselves inside it.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple and powerful, to increase representation in anime inspired art and fashion by centering Black and Brown characters in ways that feel authentic, stylish, and unapologetically dope.
We want our customers to feel seen. We want kids to grow up wearing characters that look like them. We want adults to rock pieces that celebrate who they are and what they love.

The Anime’D Shop is actively working toward supporting the creation of a nonprofit organization focused on helping Black and Brown women find sustainable careers in the tech industry.
Through education, mentorship, and access to opportunity, our goal is to open doors into technical fields that change lives, families, and futures.
